When a provider approves a dose change, the bench sees it the same day. That is the difference between a recommendation and an order that gets filled.
Compounding, sterility and potency testing, and fulfillment happen under one roof, so the provider's decision and the patient's medication are never more than a step apart.
Fulfillment is provided by Lake Hills Pharmacy, an independently licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Clinical services are powered by Nimbus OS®.

Nimbus OS® records whether each patient takes the medication as prescribed, every day, not at a single follow-up visit. The number belongs to the patient. We do not publish an average until the data earns it.

Labs and wearable signals are tracked against the protocol the provider approved, so a change reads as a trend over time, not a guess at the next visit.
Safety events, surfaced early.
Contraindication and interaction checks run before a prescription is signed, and again as the record changes. The first thing the system counts is what it caught.
